We've just had the most divine tiramisu from Sofia. Tutti perfecto! absolutely delicious, the most heavenly light and vibrant flavour, truly a "pick me up" from translation. Sofia is lovely and prompt, kind and highly skilled. Don't bother with adding Baileys, enjoy it the authentic Italian way or you'll ruin its beautifully crafted flavour.

Beautifully authentic food prepared and taught by Sofia. Her food is delicious and the courses are very easy to follow. I attended a pasta course for beginners, Sofia is extremely personal and approachable. made sure I was fully prepared in advance and walked me through, then stayed for Q&A at the end. I love her personal touches and stories, easily recommended!

We had a pasta masterclass with Sofia and it was wonderful! I had booked this for a surprise 40th birthday for my husband as we both very much love cooking. Sofia was fantastic We are very much inspired to make our own pasta now. All our friends had a great time and we would all highly recommend Sofia

I really enjoyed the whole experience, from start to finish. I am only 15 and was a bit apprehensive! Sofia was amazing, I learned lots, how to make bread, and pasta, combined with my food tech lessons at school the process made sense. Thank you for making it a wonderful experience.

The canapes were delicious and started the meal off well. It was lovely to be introduced by Sofia at this point and her aim of hosting a night in Rome was successful (the music really added to the ambience)'.
We had Sofia cater a Christmas party for 40-45 people. We had some very specific requests regarding food allergies and dietary requirements which you catered for extremely well.
We requested a variety of canapés as well lasagne (meat and vegetarian) and a vegan salad. The quality of the food was excellent and all of our guests commented on how delicious the food was.
The food was prepared and served by Sofia and her two helpers in our kitchen. They left the kitchen in perfect order having cleared everything away.
I can highly Sofia and her team for any party. Her cooking is sublime and her willingness to accomodate our requirements made the whole experience easy and uncomplicated.

'We happened upon an event on Facebook for a Supper Club being held at The Grange and decided it was just the kind of event we wanted to try out. Our love for food, beautiful spaces and interesting people was definitely met (and exceeded) by Jennie and Sofia. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Jennie and she immediately made us feel welcome in her beautiful home. There were several other guests who had already arrived and they were quick to do introductions and the conversation flowed easily with our welcome drinks and canapes. My favourite was the porcini mushroom arancini. We made our way to the main dining room, which was beautifully decorated with a gorgeous table setting. Everyone had a designated seat which was easy to find with the beautifully customised menus for each person. As we worked our way through the menu, each course was beautifully prepared and served. From the tortellini to the venison, the food was delicious. I also loved that Sofia visited the dining room multiple times to chat with guests and check on our service. She was warm and friendly and made us feel so welcome at her table. We were surprised at how quickly the time went and before we knew it, our taxi had arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this event and would definitely attend another Supper Club at The Grange and/or an event where Sofia Gallo is preparing food. Both Jennie and Sofia were wonderful hosts'.
